I love this photo.  It utterly captures the summer of 2006.  It was 162 degrees in Chicago and Sarah and decided to walk from our hotel to Navy Pier.  It looked close.  OF COURSE IT LOOKED CLOSE, the Pier (and ferris wheel) are gigantic!  It was well over a mile in each direction.  By the way, that lemonade she’s drinking cost half our vacation buget.
